PROJECT PLANNING, BRANDING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION:
Strategic facility planning, the design of a new building or
the renovation of an existing building, is a journey. This
journey includes input from a cast of team members including
key managers, bankers, architects, engineers, local and
state agencies and even the surrounding community. In
the end, a successful project incorporates input and resources
from everyone and molds this information into a
plan and a new facility. It is this journey that will define a
projects eventual success. Our strength is in creating facilities
through a process that defines the vision of our clients.

Our project philosophy is based on a
desire to create facilities that are energy efficient, sensitive
to the environment and are healthy spaces. We have the
experience to advise clients on critical decisions in the beginning
and to turn these projects into certifications with
USGBC if desired.
